Blazly AI ("Blazly AI", "us", "we", or "our") operates the Blazly SEO and Blazly GEO application (the "Service"). Blazly AI takes the data handling of our EU customers seriously.
We have updated our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy and Terms of Service to reflect our compliance with the GDPR requirements. We have also made available a compliant Data Processing Addendum (DPA) for our customers.
Blazly AI fully adheres to the spirit and the letter of the EU’s General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Blazly AI does not process PCI data, but uses a third party for payment purposes.
Subprocessor
To support delivery of our services, Blazly uses data processors with access to certain customer data (referred to as subprocessor).
We enter into GDPR-compliant data processing agreements with each sub-processor, extending GDPR safeguards everywhere personal data is processed.
